Panic Attacks

Panic attacks, also known as an anxiety attacks, are a sudden episode of increased fear and anxiety that comes for no apparent reason. Panic attacks are often accompanied by severe physical symptoms including heart palpitations, tremors, hyperventilation, chills, nausea, dizziness, faintness, and tunnel vision.
Many experience anxiety attacks once or twice in a lifetime, however frequent anxiety attacks may be a symptom of an anxiety disorder.
Panic attacks are not dangerous, but they can be a very frightening experience. Anxiety attacks can lead to certain phobias of places or things that trigger anxiety attacks.
